My main passion as a therapist lies in supporting those with anxiety and depression. The symptoms and causes of which are expressed through childhood trauma, anger, obsessive behaviours, low self-worth and relationship difficulties.

Feelings and emotions may be overwhelming for you right now but they show up for very good reasons. You may feel confused, frustrated, incredibly sad and lonely or angry. All these emotions are absolutely valid and understandable and we all feel them from time to time.
