Anger

Anger, when out of control, can be both addictive and destructive in equal measure negatively affecting not just you but also those around you. The unpredictability of your anger may make others feel like they’re walking on eggshells around you. The more you try to control your anger the more you feel out of control. Each time your anger shows up and you lose it again and again, you beat yourself up, which only adds to the problem.

There are two things which drive anger and in session you will discover what these are. You will also come to learn the addictive properties of anger. Once you have a better understanding of why your anger shows up we can put together a plan which will enable you to recalibrate your emotions and let go of what is not serving you. This will allow you to feel calmer, more balanced and in control which in turn will improve all areas of your life.
